Board of Directors:

Board of Director is a lawmaker body of organization. Member of Board of Directors are the founders or the high qualification with community development. They are fond of the vision, mission of SAMAKY and wish to support organization voluntary.

BoD ‘s Duties:

• Attend the BoD meeting
• Strength the relationship between stakeholders and development partners
• Help develop the proposal
• approve the main documents
• Intervention on organization dispute if needed
• Approve and select the executive director contributed by SMT
• Provide technical and task orientation
• Facilitate the executive director and staff
• Appraisal executive director ‘s performance
• Check and comment on organization ‘s progress report
• Check and approve on annual planning
• Check and approve on annual report.  

Senior Management Team (Executive Committee)

Senior Management Team is an executive body of organization, implemented all organization ‘s activities. Elected Executive Director for 3 years mandate is a senior management team. Members of SMT are full right staff with competence, experiences and high initiatives.

Senior Management Team duties:

• Orientate and manage the organization ‘s process (progress, gaps, improvement…)
• Execute and manage the tasks from department to another department and from one team to another…
• Cooperate with authorities and relevant development partners.

• Personnel:

1. Full right personnel are the contracted staff or assistant after probation.
2. Assistant is a full right personnel or volunteer who used to help volunteering in organization or outside with competence and effectively, in case needed.
3. Volunteer is an individual who contribute his/her time, potentials, willingness, and property for organization ‘s purposes.
4. Adviser is a contracted staff who work as advisor.
